How long will it take to get my order if I place my order today?
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of processing your payment transaction. Shipping, depending on your locale, takes between 5-7 days for Express Shipping or2-3 weeks for Registered Mail, although delivery times are typically shorter. Although highly unlikely, if after 7 business days you have not received your package (when the Couriers are used), please contact us and we'll do everything we can to assist you and rectify the situation.

Will I receive my package discreetly?
Your order will be packed discreetly in a plain cardboard box. We don't disclose any product information on the box.

Where are your products shipped from?
We ship our products from the Mainland of China, and Hong Kong.
